Rejection reasons

Rejecting a post is useful. Telling Suze *why* is even better. With rejection reasons, you can give Suze direct feedback so it improves with every round — not just adapts to what you approve, but learns from what you don't.

How to use it

When you decline a post in the review screen, you'll now see a short list of common reasons: Too salesy, Wrong tone, Off-topic, Poor image, or Other (with a free-text field). Pick whatever fits. It takes five seconds.

How Suze uses your feedback

Your rejections are added to the context Suze receives when generating future posts. Over time, Suze builds a clearer picture of what you don't want — which is just as important as knowing what you do. The result: fewer awkward posts, more content that sounds like you.

Works alongside tone profiles

Rejection reasons complement the tone-of-voice settings you already have. They're most useful for catching one-off misses — the post that was technically fine but just felt off for your brand that week.
