1. About Suze

Suze is an AI-powered social media automation platform for small and medium businesses, operated from Belgium. By creating an account and using Suze, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You may create and manage multiple websites within your account. Agency use — managing Suze on behalf of your clients — is explicitly permitted and encouraged.

3. Free trial and billing

New accounts include a 30-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at sign-up; you will not be charged during the trial period.

After the trial, your chosen subscription (monthly or annual) begins automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from within the Suze app.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The remaining time in a paid period is not refunded. We do not offer partial refunds.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Suze — including website pages, photos, and any other materials you provide. You also own the posts and captions that Suze generates on your behalf.

The underlying technology, AI models, platform, and software that power Suze are and remain the exclusive property of Suze. By using the service you do not acquire any rights to that technology.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Suze to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages via connected social media channels
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform
  • Impersonate another person or organisation

Suze reserves the right to review accounts for compliance and to introduce additional use guidelines as the platform evolves. You will be informed of any material changes.

6. Human review before publishing

Suze uses AI to generate social media content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or information that does not reflect current reality. You are solely responsible for reviewing all content before publishing. Suze is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from content that is published without adequate human review.

7. Limitation of liability

Suze is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational damage, or damage resulting from published content.

8. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Suspension may take effect immediately to protect the integrity of the platform and other users.

In all cases, we will notify you of the reason for suspension and give you the opportunity to respond. We believe in resolving issues through dialogue wherever possible.

9. Privacy and data

How we collect and handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Suze, you agree to that policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the app. Continued use of Suze after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp or Tongeren, Belgium.
