Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2, 2026

1. Who we are

Suze is an AI-powered social media automation tool built for small and medium businesses. We are based in Belgium. If you have any questions about this policy, feel free to reach out — a contact option will be available here soon.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

  • Your name and email address when you register
  • Your website URL and pages, which you provide to generate posts
  • Photos you upload to use in your posts
  • Generated posts, captions and scheduling preferences
  • Basic usage data to keep the service running (e.g. error logs)

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial details, health data or government identifiers.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide and improve the Suze service
  • Generate social media content based on your website
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
  • Maintain your account and billing

4. We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is never used to train AI models — neither ours nor third parties'. The only external services that process your data are infrastructure providers necessary to run Suze (authentication, database hosting, email delivery), all of which are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers via Supabase, which is hosted in the EU. We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security and access controls.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a website, all associated data is permanently and immediately removed — including posts, generated images, photos and scheduling history. When you delete your account, all of your data across all websites is permanently removed from our systems, including your profile and any stored files.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

As a user based in the EU, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of incorrect or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, please reach out via the contact option on our website.

8. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for details.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Suze after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
